Michele Mahoney has over 25 years of experience in healthcare with a proven record of accomplishments in account management, health plan operations and technology. Michele has cultivated and maintained industry relationships and customer partnerships to capitalize on opportunities and maximize business success.
Michele has worked with health plans focusing on improving organizational effectiveness using BPO solutions, technology integration, and was the Executive Sponsor for all accounts from implementation to contract renewals. Some clients included BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim, PPHP, Optum, Freedom Health and Optimum Health.
Before joining the team at Catalyst, Michele was the Chief Healthcare Operations Officer at Health Axis where she focused on optimizing technology and business practices to lower costs and increase revenue. Prior to that, she worked at Beacon Health Solutions TPA as Chief Operations Officer responsible for all areas of operations including claims, enrollment, configuration, customer service, medical management, client services, and account management.
