Job Summary:

Responsible for driving new sales for the company. This includes defining target accounts, creating attack plans for targets, updating, and managing the CRM, and reporting weekly to sales leadership on progress in the market.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Demonstrated product knowledge (e.g., BPO, Consulting Services).
  • Demonstrated healthcare payer industry knowledge.
  • Envision, scope, and price solutions related to: Business Process Outsourcing, Third Party Administration, Health Plan Operations, and Health Plan Technology Consulting.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Meeting/exceeding monthly sales goals and quotas to maintain revenue goals and forecasts.
  • Proficient in accurately representing all product lines to Sales Partners and customers.
  • Developing and delivering c-level presentations to customers, prospects, and partners
  • Building, writing, aggregating and/or assembling sales materials, proposals, RFPs, and SOWs.
  • Populating pipeline/Managing CRM.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop sales materials.
  • Develop and implement Go to Market plan with EVP Sales
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Create Attack Plans to achieve their sales goals.
  • Monitor the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
  • Review customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Create sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with SMEs.
  • Create PowerPoints that address market needs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • Master’s degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales position.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a selling role and with BPO and IT Solutions company.
  • Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
